Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent herein pertaining to the list of registration number of candidates without minimum physical measurement qualification selected provisionally for appointment dated 20.08.2019 by direct recruitment to the post of Forest Apprentice in the Tamil Nadu Forest Subordinate Service and to the notification No.12/2018 dated 04.07.2018 and consequential order of

appointment issued by the second respondent in Ref.No.B2/41575/2019 dated 28.11.2019 issued to the respondents 4 to 8 and quash the same and to consequently direct the official respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the petitioners as Forest Apprentice retrospective effect from 16.12.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also submitted a letter to the Registry dated 21.12.2021 to withdraw this writ petition.
