Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition in the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2075 of 2023 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur in Crime No.575 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police Kodavasai Police Station, that " the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Kodavasal Police Station on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m for two months from 21.12.2023

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e on first date of every calendar month for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
