..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to survey and give report along with sketch indicating encroachments in respect of the petitioner's property situated at Dalavoy Pattadai Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Tiruvallur District, comprised in Survey No.115/11 to an extent of 18 1/2 cents, Survey No.115/6A & as per Patta S.No.115/6A1 to the extent of 0.46 cents and Survey No.115/6A and as per Patta S.No.115/6A2 to the extent of 0.34 cents measuring altogether to the extent of 98 1/2 cents.

Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second and third respondents to survey the petitioner's property situated at Dalavoy Pattadai Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Tiruvallur District, based on her representation dated 16.10.2017.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second & third respondents to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the second & third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2017, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants and other interested persons, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the second & third respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
