This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to set aside the order in the above Writ Petition in W.P.No.32776 of 2023 dated 21.11.2023 which was dismissed on the ground of non prosecution and to restore the same.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
