(Judgement of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The review application has been instituted to review the order dated 10.04.2002 passed by this Court dismissing the writ appeal in W.A.No.915 of 2002.

2. The appellant, Tamil Nadu Co-operative Marketing Federation Ltd., in the writ appeal, filed the present review application and the grounds raised would reveal that re-appreciation and re-adjudication of the issues are sought for.

3. Review jurisdiction cannot be expanded for the purpose of reappreciation of facts or re-adjudicated of the issues. Thus, we do not find any error apparent enabling us to consider the grounds raised in the Review Application.

4. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
