2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner claims to have sent a complaint dated 08.12.2022 through post. However, respondent police has not received the petitioner's complaint. If fresh complaint is given, appropriate action would be taken.
3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, giving direction to the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the respondent.
