This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed under Section 28 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1995 read with Section 100 of C.P.C, against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.07.2010 made in C.M.A. No.16 of 2009, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal confirming the Judgment and decree dated 28.06.2007 passed in H.M.O.P. No. 194 of 2002

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the appellant made a submission that the appellant died on 10.05.2014 and also produced death certificate of the appellant.
