This petition is filed seeking permission to effect service on the respondent through substituted mode.

2. It is seen that the earlier notice sent through Court to the respondent was returned as 'left'.

3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to effect service through substituted mode in any one of the tamil dailies having circulation in the locality of the respondent, indicating the next date of hearing as 28.07.2016.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
