O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to permit the petitioner to

attend the college hereinafter and also permit the petitioner to write his last and final semester i.e.the eight semester which is about to take place in the month of April and May 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that due to private dispute between the petitioner and his neighbour, he was falsely implicated in criminal cases and thereafter the third respondent wrote a letter to the second respondent about the pendency of the criminal case. Since then he is not permitted to attend the class.

4. The third respondent,who is present before this Court has fairly admitted that the criminal case registered against the petitioner in the year 2014, is still pending and two cases registered against the petitioner in 2017 and 2018 are under investigation. He further stated that the letter was sent to the second respondent only to inform the same and that he has no objection for the petitioner to pursue his studies.

5. The learned standing counsel for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner is now attending the college and they will not object the petitioner in continuing his studies and for appearing exams in the final semester.

6. Recording the submissions of the third respondent and the learned counsel for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is closed, as no further adjudication is necessary. No costs.
