ORDER

The petitioners have filed the present writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order passed by the Principal District Judge at Erode District for Special Tribunal for Co-operative cases dated 29.06.2010 passed in CMA No.44 of 2008 and to quash the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent has settled the due amount under one time settlement scheme. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent would urge this Court that the writ petition is liable to be dismissed by relying upon the decision of this Court reported in 2017 (3) L.W 565 (The Secretary K.1161 Kalingarayan Palayam etc., Society Ltd vs Chinnusamy and another) ( DB).
