CRIME NO.445 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to deposit the said amount and execute the sureties pursuant to the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.16187 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.KAVIKANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 07.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16187 of 2021 to execute sureties.
