Marimuthu, aged about 22 years and Soumya, W/o Sakthi, aged about 22 years from the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and set them at liberty by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 26.12.2016. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that the third respondent is illegally confining one Mr.Sakthi, S/o K. Marimuthu and Mrs.Soumya, W/o Sakthi, aged about 22 years.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that these two persons have not been taken to custody by the third respondent and the third respondent is not keeping them at all.

From the above statement, we find that there is no illegal confinement. Therefore, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
