This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28627 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:00 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the petitioner has four previous cases, further, the investigation is pending. 3.
Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28627 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
