This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15870 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.19496 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m. until further orders. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.15870 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.19496 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
