ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the enquiry proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.Ra3/17104/2016 dated 12.01.2017 passed by the 1st respondent regarding the Hostel expenses.

2.The petitioner was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher by the first respondent in the year 1996 and she was transferred as Warden to Kallakurichi Government Adi Dravida and Tribal Welfare Middle School from Sirvangur on 05.11.2015. Challenging the transfer order, the fourth respondent herein filed a Writ Petition in W.P. No.36732 of 2015 before this Court. By order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 20.11.2015, this Court ordered status quo and based on the said order, the petitioner has been continuing the same post in the same hostel as Warden. The grievance of the petitioner is that since the date of transfer, the respondents have not release the salary as well as expenses. After receiving the representations made by the petitioner, the respondents neither released the expenses nor passed any order. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents sought four weeks time to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

4.Considering the limit relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

6.It is made clear that the status quo order granted by this Court in W.P. No.36732 of 2015 dated 20.11.2015 will not prevent the respondents 1 to 3 in considering the pending representation of the petitioner.
