This petitions is filed to condone the delay of 124 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.4152 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, the learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the sole respondent.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.

5. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. Accordingly, the delay is condoned, subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period, and this petition is allowed.
