ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The present petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking production of the detenu, Devika, before this Court and hand her over to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the detenu has been secured and produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the concerned Magistrate has chosen to hand over her custody to the parents of the detenu, viz., the petitioner herein. It is further represented by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor that a case has been registered against the 3rd respondent.
