ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition as mentioned in para 4(b) states that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29047 of 2024 order dated 26.11.2024 of this Hon'be Court.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29047 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
