ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for rectification of the alleged mistake committed by the third respondent in the earlier sub division of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had submitted an online application to the third respondent on 16.10.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 4 and 5, notice to respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with in this writ petition.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's online application, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 4 and 5 and
any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application dated 16.10.2025 seeking for rectification of the alleged mistake in the sub division of of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of respondents 4 and 5 and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
