O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The Notification issued under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is the subject matter dealt with by this Court in the writ appeal. The writ appeal filed by the land owners were rejected. This Court made a finding that the declaration under the Act had been made long back in the year 1986 itself. Accordingly, refused to interfere with the Notification issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act. 3.

We do not find any error apparent on record warranting interference. The petitioner has not raised any grounds to entertain the review petition. Consequently, the Review Petition stands dismissed. [S.M.S., J.] [C.K., J.] 01.08.2024 Index :
