O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue S.Arutselvi, aged about 17 years, to cause production of her daughter before this Court.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. The alleged detenue S.Arutselvi, is secured and produced before this Court. On https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, the detenue stated that she is willing to go back to the Vallalar Home for Women and Children, Kurinchi Nagar, Dharmapuri, where she is presently staying.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue is a minor.

4. Considering the position that the detenue is still a minor, we direct that the detenue shall be kept in the Vallalar Home for Women and Children, Kurinchi Nagar, Dharmapuri, till she attains majority. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
