Principal of District Education and Teachers Training Institute, made a submission that Mount Seyon Christian Teachers Training Institute at Cholapuram, Virudhunagar District, was closed in the year 2007 and it was not reopened. Thus no further adjudication needs to be entertained in the present Review Application.
