ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st & 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the Natham Land Tax Scheme clear Adangal Register stands in his name for the field No.86/16. While measuring the above said field No.86/16 on the Northern side of East to West, instead of 5.60 meters, it has been mentioned as 5 meters in the field map, which is incorrect. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 29.05.2025 to the 2nd respondent to rectify the above measurement. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In reply, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for the official respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing due notice to the respondents 3 to 5.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 05-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order KKN
