O.A.Nos.30 and 31 of 2023 of 2023 and Arb Appln.Nos.6, 7 and 344 of 2023 O.A.Nos.30 and 31 of 2023 of 2023 and Arb Appln.Nos.6 and 7 of 2023 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw all the above Original as well as Arbitration Applications, and an endorsement to that effect is also made by him in common in O.A.No.30 of 2023 today.

Recording the said endorsement, the applications are dismissed as withdrawn. Since the matter has been settled between the parties out of Court, Registry is directed to refund eligible Court fee to the applicant.
