This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Tirunannamalai District on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders imposed in bail application in Crl.O.P.No.29046 of 2024 in Cr.18 of 2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29046 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the date of hearing.
