ORDER

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the District Superintendent of Police, Tiruvannamalai District and the Inspector of Police, Kannamangalam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai, are present before this Court. It is submitted that the respondent police have already arrested A1, A2, A5, A7 and A9 and they have been remanded to Judicial custody. Insofar as A3 and A4 are concerned, they are said to be working in army. It was further submitted that the final report has already been filed before the Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. The respondent police is directed to immediately number the final report and proceed further with the case in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above developments, the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22749 of 2018 is recalled.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
