The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to directing the respondent to include one post of Professor in the Department of Botany of the respondent University as a backlog vacancy meant for Scheduled Castes by issuance of an addendum to the notification bearing No.1/ 2010(C) dated 18.8.2010 enabling the petitioner to apply for the said post
