ORDER

The present petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from making any deduction from the Pension Amount payable in Pension Payment order No.C106420/EDG.

2. When the petition is taken up toady, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Accountant General submits that no order has been passed till date for recovery of deduction from the Pension Amount payable in Pension Payment order No.C106420/EDG.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Accountant General , it is made clear that in absence of any order being passed , no mandamus can be issued at this point of time.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
