ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case against the accused persons on the basis of complaint dated 19.06.2018 given by the petitioner in CSR No.61/2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
