ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 27.02.2024 seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, in his favour, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with his application dated 27.02.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in his favour. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application dated 27.02.2024. However, no prejudice will be caused to the fourth respondent if the petitioner's application dated 27.02.2024 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the fourth respondent deems fit to enquire, and also after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by him, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's

application dated 27.02.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in his favour for the subject property, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the fourth respondent deems fit to enquire, and also after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by him, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
