This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.17008 of 2018 dated 23.07.2018.

Cont.P.No.880 of 2019 informed and considered decision on the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2018, in accordance with law. Accordingly, in compliance with the order of this Court, the respondent passed an order on 17.09.2019 and the same was intimated to the petitioner now.

3.In the result, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in a manner known to law. No costs.
