The learned counsel for the appellant also filed a memo dated 04.10.2017 for withdrawing the appeals and the learned counsel also made an endorsement in the papers to that effect. The appellant is also present in the court and he also acknowledged the execution of the memo dated 04.10.2017. 2.Mr.S.Mukunth, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection for withdrawing the above appeals.
