JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Appeal has been directed against the order dated 20.06.2012 made in W.P.No.4244/2010 by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

When the matter was called today, learned Counsel for the appellant fairly submitted that the appellant has questioned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the correctness of the Notice dated 15.04.2009 before the learned Single Judge of this Court which unsuccessfully ended in the order dated 20.06.2012 and subsequently, the Arbitrator has also completed the Arbitration Proceedings and thereafter, the Chairman, Micro Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Chennai Region passed an order dated 04.12.2012. Aggrieved thereby, the appellant has also questioned the correctness of the order dated 04.12.2012 passed by the Chairman, Micro Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Chennai Region in O.P.No.223/2014 before this Court. Since the same is pending as on today, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Appeal. 3.

Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the appellant, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the appellant to agitate all the issues before the pending matter. No costs.
