ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28496 of 2024 by an order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 30 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28496 of 2024 on 21.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1, 3, 4 & 5 shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
