This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30473 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30473 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
