After arguing the case for a considerable length of time and when this Court expressed its view that the charge memo can be challenged on the limited ground of jurisdiction, mala fides and if a charge memo is in violation of statutory Rules, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner sought for permission to withdraw the writ petition.
