(Crime No.11/2014) ..Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2399 of 2016 dated 23.12.2016 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry (i.e.) the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.30 p.m.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2399 of 2016 dated 23.12.2016 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.30 p.m. Since the petitioners are not in a position to appear before the respondent police twice daily, sought for modification of the said condition.

3. Taking into consideration of the relationship between the parties, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2399 of 2016 dated 23.12.2016 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
