ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Kavitha, aged about 19 years, to secure his wife, who is said to be missing and to set her at liberty.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

The alleged detenue Kavitha is produced before this Court today. The 2nd respondent is also present in the Court along with his wife.

When we enquired, the alleged detenue states that she is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

willing to go along with the 2nd respondent, her father. 5.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner married the alleged detenue.

6.Anyhow, recording the said statement made by the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
