Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying to dispose of C.M.P.No.629 of 2015 in A.S.No.332 of 2013 on the file of the VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai within the stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The prayer in the petition is to dispose of C.M.P.No.629 of 2015 in A.S.No.332 of 2013 on the file of the VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai within the stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an appeal suit in A.S.No.332 of 2013 against the judgment and decree dated 31.07.2013 in O.S.No.13676 of 2010 on the file of the XIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. In the aforesaid appeal, the petitioner has filed a petition in C.M.P.No.629 of 2015 praying to issue supoena to call for the file No.1827/83/A5 Division No.6, of the Estate Officer No.212, Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, R.K.Mutt Road, Chennai-600

028. In the said petition, the respondents have not chosen to file any counter affidavit sofar. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present civil revision petition before this Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the aforesaid prayer.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the civil revision petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and taking into consideration of the aforesaid fact, the VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, is hereby directed to dispose of C.M.P.No.629 of 2015 in A.S.No.332 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six months from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
