the matter for reporting compliance.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that, the 4th respondent had passed a speaking order on 10.04.2021 and thus, the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with. Hence, this Writ Petition may be closed.

3. Recording his submissions, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. The learned Government Advocate is directed to serve the copy of the order to the learned counsel for petitioner Mr.S.K.Chandrakumar within a period of one week.
