When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondent has passed a Revisional Order under Section 55 of the TNGST Act, 1959 and it has culminated in an order dated 21.04.2022. A copy of the order has also been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner which is also taken on record.
