This miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall produce the photographs of the property with negative/CD on panchnama and the original RC book before the Court, if already not produced in crime No.61 of 2018, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.22634 of 2018 dated 24.09.2018.

2. However, this Court find no merits in this petition since the same has been filed after a long time.

Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
