[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., Pallavi, aged 17 years, sought production of his daughter. 2.

3. The detenue/daughter of the petitioner is present before this Court along with the petitioner and his wife. She informs that she left home since she had failed in an examination. She is now under the care and custody of her parents.

4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
