PRAYER : This Review Application has been filed under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure, praying to review the order dated 07.09.2020 passed in W.P.No.10676 of 2020 and allow the same as prayed for.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order sought to be reviewed has been passed by this Court on 07.09.2020 made in W.P.No.10676 of 2020.

2. The Review petitioner has instituted an Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal challenging the order of transfer. Since it came to be dismissed, the Writ Petition came to be filed. The Division Bench of this Court also disposed of the Writ Petition granting four weeks time to the petitioner to rejoin from the date of removing the lockdown as indicated by the Central Administrative Tribunal.

3. This order though passed in the year 2020 and the Review Application was filed in the year 2021, the same is listed for admission today i.e., on 08.12.2025. The petitioner has made an attempt to readjudicate the merits, which is impermissible in a review proceeding. In the even of not establishing error apparent on record, the review Application is not maintainable. Since the said element is missing, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Review Application. Page No.:2/4
