After some arguments, Mr.Anish Gopi, learned counsel of M/s.P.B.Ramanujam Associates (Law Firm) for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned writ petition but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner and/or any other similarly placed persons to come to this Court with a fresh writ petition with an appropriate prayer, if so advised and if so desired.
