ORDER

Mr.D.Sakthivel, being a disabled person (50% disability) due to post polio residual paralysis in the left lower limb, having been married and having two school going children, unable to find a job for his survival, sent a representation on 22.8.2016 to the Chairman, Ambattur Municipality explaining his hardship and seeking permission to run a bunk shop for his livelihood. As the petitioner has to eke out his livelihood, finding no response, he has come to this Court seeking for disposal of his representation.

2. P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.

This Court, taking into account that the petitioner is suffering from 50% disability, married and having two children, hereby directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.8.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
