ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking the following relief:- "Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the order of suspension dated 22.09.2004 made in Roc.No.63090/2004/V2 issued by the first respondent herein, quash the same."

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that what is challenged in the writ petition has been revoked during the pendency of the writ petition. However, according to the petitioner, the subsistance allowance for the period of suspension has not been paid to the petitioner. In this connection, it appears that the petitioner made a representation. If any representation has been made in this regard to the second respondent/competenant authority, the second respondent/competent authority shall consider the same and pass orders and make payment if any, in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
