This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to Register a Case based on the Petitioner's Complaint dated 10.10.2013.

2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after filing the complaint, both the parties entered into compromise and not pressed the complaint. Therefore, no case was registered against the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 10.10.2013.

4. Since none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, accepting the contention of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the complaint given in the year of 2013 and the same was closed in the year 2013 itself, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition.
