ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, the respondents 2 & 3/defacto complainants are personally present before this Court and identified themselves. The Aadhar cards of the petitioner as well as the defacto complainants are produced before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 2 & 3.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending investigation in Cr.No.100 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, the respondents 2 & 3/de-facto complainants and the petitioner have amicably settled the dispute among themselves. Consequently, the de-facto complainants have filed affidavits dated 01.10.2019, wherein they have stated that the dispute has been amicably settled and they have no objection to withdraw the complaint pending against the petitioner registered in Cr.No.100 of 2015 by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submissions made by the defacto complainants in their affidavit filed by them dated 01.10.2019, the investigation in Cr.No.100 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
