ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 01.08.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.2986 of 2015 by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, wherein the trial Court had dismissed the petitioner for return of passport under Section 451 of Cr.P.C.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is A1 in C.C.No.904 of 2015. Now the proceedings in C.C.No.904 of 2015 after fulfledged trial has been disposed by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is dismissed accordingly.
